We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for perishable, personal care, or clearance items.
• You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
• Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or mobile banking.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
