Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for perishable, personal care, or clearance items.
- You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or mobile banking.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
